Operations Team


The vehicles will report at the start point well 15 minutes in advance based on the routes assigned.

The supervisors will follow up with the drivers and the staff for proper pickup.

The driver will intimate the client/ passenger about the pickup timing well in advance.

All the vehicle carry a logbook and attendance sheet to capture km and passenger details.

In case of non-availability of the client/passenger the driver will report the same after waiting for extra 5 minutes of the assigned time given and will proceed as per the instructions of the tracker team.

If any vehicle is stuck in a traffic jam or road jam the driver will immediately intimate the tracker team.

MIS report and generated and shared with the infra team as per the requirement.
